Make sure all white wires on this new circuit board are in the same locations as the old board respectively.

To clarify, if a wire on this new circuit board is not plugged into the same place as the wires on your old circuit board, then move the wire on this new circuit board to the same location as where it is on your old circuit board.

If this new circuit board has a wire that is not on your old circuit board ignore it.

Do not add any wires to this new circuit board.

Dip switch configuration instructions:
(No soldering.)
Set switches 1, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8 and 9 in the "OFF" position.
Set switches 2, 3 and 10 in the "ON" position.

That's it!
You are now done with configuring this new circuit board.

Please note: Failure to set this new circuit board up properly can result in the system not functioning or may possibly cause damage too this new circuit board or other equipment.

Tip: When replacing a hot tub circuit board, testing the heater and replacing it (if bad), is recommended before installing or applying voltage on a new circuit board.
Note: A continuity test is not a sufficient heater test. Contact us by phone for more details on testing a heater.

Tip: Burned circuit boards or burned heater relays are often due to a loose electrical connection or a bad heater or both.
If all connections are tight and if the heater is good then the heater relays are probably old and worn out.
If a burned relay was powering a pump and all electrical connections are tight then the relay is probably old and worn out or the pump might be bad or going bad or all three.
Replacing the heater and/or pump with a new one is recommended if any of those scenarios apply.
